We are looking at short notice for an employee with the following qualification:

DESIGNER (M/F/D) – SPECIALISING IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

DESIGNER (M/F/D) – SPECIALISING IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

YOUR DUTIES:

  • Development and design of electro-technical/control-system subassemblies and individual parts using CAD applications
  • Concept creation and solution development within a team
  • Preparing production-ready drawings/technical lists and technical documentation
  • Target-oriented implementation of design tasks
  • Communicating with specialist departments, customers and suppliers

 

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • You will have successfully completed a course of study in mechanical engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Masters) specialising in electrical engineering or at least three years of vocational training in a relevant subject and at least two years of specialist training in the field of electrical engineering/control technology, and will have gained several years of professional experience in design, specifically in the field of mechanical engineering
  • You will have a detailed knowledge of mechanical engineering/electrical engineering, preferably in the field of rail vehicle engineering
  • You will have a good command of written and spoken English
  • You will be comfortable using all aspects of MS Office
  • Your work will require you to be proficient in the use of CAD and ERP systems (ideally SIVAS) and to be knowledgeable about the relevant guidelines/standards
  • A knowledge of E-Plan is desirable
  • You will be communicative, single-minded, well-motivated and analytical, and will complete your tasks meticulously; you will also be able to work as a member of a team
